Besides owning and overseeing the operations of Blueberry House Tutoring and NW Heritage Academy, Tammy also teaches Academic Essay Writing and Literature. Tammy feels that she has been called to teach and has taught in some capacity since she was 14 years old. She stays busy with her family and her many passions and interests. She has three children and three grandchildren. On weekends, she loves baking and cooking in her spacious country kitchen. Her favorite way to relax is to go to the movies with her friends. She also enjoys reading and is an avid reader of biography's and nonfiction literature. Tammy is passionate about writing and had her first story published at 10 years old.

Ric Crum is originally from Seattle, WA where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Seattle Pacific University. Ric has been a Christian school teacher for many years (too many for even this math teacher to count), and is currently teaching 6-8 Math, Pre-Algebra, Physical Science, Life Science and high school Biology. Ric's love for students, experience as a youth pastor, and his passion and calling to teach Science from a biblical world-view has enabled his students to integrate their faith and knowledge of the world around them. Ric and his family currently reside in Kalama, WA.
