2018 - 2019 Tuition & Fee's

Full-Time Students

Yearly Tuition (9 month Plan)

First Student -        $5,175    ($575 a month)

Second Student -   $3,600   ($400 a month)

Third Student -      $2,700   ($300 a month)

Fourth Student -    $2,250   ($250 a month)

Registration and Family Fee:

$300 per family.

Curriculum Usage Fee:

$250 per child in grades 1-6

$350 per child in grades 7-12

Yearly Art Fee:

$50 per student in Grades 1-6

Maintenance Fee:

$50 per student

Field Trip Fees:

Applied as necessary throughout the school year.

Tuition must be paid by the 1st of every month. Tuition is considered late if not paid by the 9th of the month. A student will be financially withdrawn if payments are 30 days behind. Students may return when payment and fees have been paid in full.

Exceptions to the above: Payment for the month of May must be in by the first day of classes for that month. If payment is not paid on the first class day of May, the student is financially withdrawn until payment is made in full. No late payments will be accepted in the month of May.

First-month late payment: $25.00 fee

Second-month late payment: Additional $25.00 fee

Bounced check fee: $25.00

Curriculum Usage fees may be paid in split payments throughout the summer. All book fees must be paid in full by August 1st for returning and new students. If you register for classes, after September 1, you may divide the curriculum usage fee over the first two months that the child attends.

There are no refunds given at any time for any of the above fees. All fees are non refundable.

There are no refunds on tuition for students who only attend part of a month and then withdraw or miss days for any reason.

Monthly tuition is not prorated for students who register after the first of a month.

Half-Time Students

Morning Students: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Afternoon Students 12:30 - 3:15

Half Day Students Do Not Stay for Lunch
Students attending part-time are welcome to attend all age level events and field trips offered by the school.

Half Day Two Days a Week - This option is for  Grades 7 - 12 ONLY

Please note that students in grades 1 - 6 may NOT attend two half days or two whole days a week. Class structure in these grades will not allow for part-time attendance.

There are no sibling discounts for students attending any of our part-time classes. Registration Fees, and Maintenance Fees, as listed in this document, apply to all students choosing to attend part-time, as well as late fees, bounced check fees and missed payment fees.

RULES REGARDING PART-TIME ENROLLMENT:

- We do not offer separate classes for those choosing the Half Day or Whole Day Options. All students are expected to do the required work to stay with the rest of the class.
- Teachers do not provide homework for the days the student is not enrolled in the class.
- Teachers do not grade work that the parent has given the child on the days they are not enrolled.
- Teachers are not required to keep part-time students with the class if the student falls behind the lessons written in Planbook. For this reason, classes that are offered three to four days a week are not a good fit for students attending two days a week.
- Teachers are not required to teach a four day a week class to a student who is attending only two days a week. It will be up to the parent to homeschool that class even if two of those classes fall on the two mornings the child is enrolled.
- There will be no refunds for days that are missed due to weather, illness, school closures, half days, field trips, holidays, etc.
- There will be no refunds for classes discontinued by students or parents during the trimester.
- The option of taking classes half a day two days a week or attending two full days a week is not available for students in grades 1- 6.
- If you are interested in part-time, please call the school office for availability.

Individual Classes

NOTE: Individual Classes are only available for students in grades 7 -12

Below are the fees for those wanting Individual Classes and who are not attending full time. A student will be considered full time if they are taking three or more classes at NWHA  during the hours of 9:00 – 3:15. M-Th. At that point, all regular tuition and fees apply. Students may not stay on campus for the hours between classes. Parents must pick up their student and drop them off again for their next class if there is an hour or more gap between the classes.   Students may not choose to attend Individual Classes part-time. For example, if a class is offered three or four days a week, the student is expected to be there for every class. The cost of individual classes is figured per trimester. Trimester dates can be found on the Class Calendar. Fees must be paid before the first class the student attends. There will be no refunds for Individual Classes that are missed due to weather, illness, school closures, half days, holidays, school field trips, etc. There will be no refunds for classes discontinued by students or parents during the trimester. There are no sibling discounts for students choosing to take classes on an individual basis. Students taking Individual Classes are welcome to attend all age level events and field trips offered by the school.

Trimester Tuition:

$275 per trimester for classes offered one day a week

$375 per trimester for classes offered two days a week

$475 per trimester for classes offered three to four days a week

Registration: 

$300 (non-refundable) per family

$200 flat fee for Curriculum Usage per student

For your convenience, we have now added a shopping cart.  Use the drop-down menu to add payment for multiple students from the same family. A convenience flat fee of  $15 has been added.
